For me, Provost’s Sunforest is a portal to an idyllic place where nature prevails, untarnished by the outputs of human settlement on this planet. The piece also evokes for me a fondness for the works of legendary landscape painter Vincent Van Gogh, boldly communicating to me, through the bold and ethereal hues of green and orange, the essence of the Sunflower as a symbol of the inherent divinity within man.
